Inform you of the documentation required to submit your mortgage

Update you regularly on the progress of your application.
Step 3 - Once the mortgage lender has formally accepted and
approved your mortgage, we will forward you a copy of your official
offer letter. This will confirm the terms and conditions of your
mortgage, including: the interest rate applicable to your loan, the
amount of funds being advanced to you, any opening commissions
chargeable and any redemption penalties.
Step 4 - Once an offer letter has been provided, it is over to the
lawyers to ensure that completion occurs as soon as possible.
